However, at 11:30 noon the next day, the front desk called me and told me to check out at 12 o'clock. I just communicated a few words. , it must be that the front desk who called me did not communicate with the front desk of the previous shift. He didn't know that the previous front desk told me that I could check out at 2 o'clock. I went out and returned to the hotel at noon. As a result, the elevator suddenly broke down and I had to climb the stairs. Pictures of my upgraded room have been uploaded. It is not recommended for those who are overweight to book this room. "I chose Atour because of its stable facilities, services, and overall quality. This Atour is considered one of the top hotels in Chaoyang District; most drivers know it. The location is decent, close to the Daling River, South Tower, and North Tower (about 2-3 kilometers), about 7 kilometers from the Chaoyang Museum, and about a 15-minute drive from Chaoyang Railway Station and the Chaoyang Bird Fossil National Geological Park. The only downside is the limited number of restaurants nearby. The facilities are smart, with a smart toilet and Baidu's smart system, and the TV can be projected. The service is high-quality; they genuinely pay attention to guests' needs. Welcome fruit was provided in the room, and they readily arranged a late check-out during the National Day holiday."

After friendly communication with the hotel front desk, they even went to the trouble of changing my room at 1:30 AM. I would like to request that your hotel ask guests if they need to sing karaoke in the hotel before checking in in the future, instead of just saying "I was busy and forgot" after being woken up in the middle of the night. Oh, and the front desk's multiple apologies, what's the point of having police officers if apologies are useless? However, the front desk's attitude was quite good. They didn't offer any apologies during my two-day stay (not including verbal apologies), but they still offered three bottles of drinks as an apology when I checked out. "During the National Day holiday, I drove back to Beijing from Harbin, stopping in Chaoyang for a rest. This was my first time in Chaoyang; I've previously stayed in Fuxin, Tongliao, Jinzhou, and Shenyang. The hotel entrance isn't large, but there's a large public parking lot in front, which isn't owned by the hotel and seems to be first-come, first-served. There's also a large courtyard inside, which can accommodate many cars, making it very convenient for drivers. I chose this Hanting hotel because I saw previous guest reviews mentioning this feature: automatic gate opening and free parking by scanning a QR code in the lobby. Inside the hotel, you need to scan a QR code to access the elevators, which feels very safe. The room was a bit small, but sufficient. It seems to be a very new hotel, and the interior was extremely clean. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the bedding was new, and there were plenty of charging ports. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was clean and hygienic, including freshly cooked wontons, noodles, and fried eggs, which was very satisfying. I also want to commend the lobby staff; they were warm and polite, and I've rarely seen hotels that don't offer a gift and ask for a good review upon departure—many hotel reviews are fake. I have to give them a good review. By the way, there's a Hancheng 1984 BBQ restaurant nearby (200-300 meters away), which is a local hotspot. It gets full very quickly and is quite good. In short, this Hanting restaurant is worth recommending. Tourists driving to Chaoyang can choose it without hesitation."
