GGuest UserThis time, I stayed at Xi'an Hotel Chaoyang Street, and the experience was far beyond my expectations! As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the full light luxury girl style. The Morandi color decoration, exquisite aromatherapy and floral decoration, the atmosphere is directly full, and every shot is a blockbuster. The room is very carefully decorated, the soft cloud bed is matched with skin-friendly bedding, and there are cute pillows, lying on it will instantly relieve fatigue. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the oversized makeup mirror has its own light, which is especially friendly to girls. The toiletries are all customized light fragrance series, and the body and mind are comfortable after washing. In addition, the hotel also has a gym, and the facilities are very new, which is great. The service is a highlight, from the warm welcome tea handed over by the front desk to the intimate inquiry of needs, the whole process is meticulous and thoughtful. Although the breakfast is small, it is exquisite. The freshly cooked noodles are fresh and delicious, and the pastries, yogurt, and fruits are well matched. The hotel is in a superior location, with complete living facilities around it. It is close to Shengda Computer City, convenient shopping, and convenient transportation. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped, and the hot water supply was reliable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel boasts a magnificent exterior, and the rooms inside are spacious, bright, and well-designed with logical partitioning, all impeccably clean. The breakfast, in particular, is incredibly diverse, nutritious, and delicious, featuring a wonderful array of Chinese and Western dishes, traditional and modern delicacies. Plus, the hotel's Peking duck restaurant is affordable, unique, and the chefs' skills are top-notch – definitely worth trying!

GGuest UserIt felt like a newly opened hotel; it was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. However, the only downside was that the invoice issued by Ctrip listed it as a travel service, which our company couldn't reimburse. Although calling Ctrip customer service resolved the issue by issuing a new invoice, it's unacceptable to spend so much time on customer service every time. It's a pity I won't be able to stay there again next time.
