Nice decoration and room lightings and design. Near to West lake. 20 mins walk to old town. Receptionists are professional and helpful. Number 18 lady is helpful and attentive to our request and requirements. Lack of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The lobby does not look nice or clean. The hotel should pay more attention to improve the outlook of the lobby as it gives first impression of the hotel to guests. Also, I don't like the TV projector as you hv to turn off the room lights and close the curtain to keep the room dark. I like conventional TV set. They are much sharper and nicer. Nice to stay here again.

Also, when my husband goes to bed in the morning and I close the bathroom door, the light and sound will not affect his sleep! This is very important❗️ Booked for 4 nights in early April, which is low season, the price was HK$1581, which is about 25% cheaper than the price in the ancient city. The room space is also good, you can sit on the sofa, drink tea and eat, it is comfortable. The quality of the room is consistent with the price, and it is also new. It will be opened in 2023.
