Nice decoration and room lightings and design. Near to West lake. 20 mins walk to old town. Receptionists are professional and helpful. Number 18 lady is helpful and attentive to our request and requirements. Lack of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The lobby does not look nice or clean. The hotel should pay more attention to improve the outlook of the lobby as it gives first impression of the hotel to guests. Also, I don't like the TV projector as you hv to turn off the room lights and close the curtain to keep the room dark. I like conventional TV set. They are much sharper and nicer. Nice to stay here again.
