The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with smart facilities that are both convenient and easy to use. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is superb, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's sleep that truly helped us shake off travel fatigue. The attention to detail is evident everywhere; the rooms are spotless, and the tastefully designed Chaoshan elements throughout add a simple elegance that's perfect for photos. For those traveling by car, there's no need to worry. The hotel offers a free private parking lot with ample, well-managed spaces and even charging stations, taking the stress out of parking and charging. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring authentic and delicious freshly cooked local pork offal rice noodle soup, alongside a variety of Chinese and Western dishes that are both fresh and satisfying. From parking to check-in, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully catered for, making this our top choice for accommodation when visiting Chaozhou."

"The glutinous rice skin mung bean cake at breakfast was delicious. You can also DIY your own sandwich, which was a nice touch. The room was very spacious, and it even had a capsule coffee machine, so you could grind your own coffee. We also received complimentary welcome fruits, which was a thoughtful gesture. The service was incredibly warm; the front desk staff gave us tons of great restaurant recommendations, even adding us on WeChat to share their favorite food spots and locations. Our experience was absolutely fantastic, we'll definitely be back next time! 😄😄"

"This hotel is located right inside Chaozhou Ancient City, directly opposite Kaiyuan Temple. It's just a few minutes' walk to Paifang Street, which is super convenient. The hotel isn't huge, but the facilities are complete and it's quite clean. However, the balcony was a bit disappointing; the walls are so high you can barely see outside. We booked a room with a hot tub, but the hotel didn't ask if we wanted it filled or anything beforehand. There's no hotel parking, and it's really hard to find a spot during peak season, especially during holidays when there's traffic control in the ancient city. We drove around a few times and couldn't even get to the hotel entrance... Overall, though, it was still pretty good!"

One evening, when we got hungry and couldn't find any food nearby, the butler had the kitchen quickly prepare a hot plate of shredded pork stir-fried noodles for us. The cooking and taste were both absolutely superb!"

"This panda-themed hotel is really down-to-earth and comfortable; there's nothing pretentious about it. The whole place is decorated with panda elements, which are super cute without being over-the-top. On the 15th floor, there's a playground and a gym. If you're traveling with kids, the playground has a ball pit and slides that they'll love. For those who want to work out, the gym has enough equipment. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the hot water and A/C all worked perfectly – nothing was broken and there were no strange smells. The housekeeping was excellent, everything looked fresh and clean. The soundproofing was decent too, so it wasn't noisy at night. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly and efficient, not pushy or dismissive. There were no hidden fees, and considering the area, it offers great value for money. The location is also convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. While there aren't any spectacular highlights, everything you need is there, making for a stress-free and pleasant stay. It's suitable for both families and solo travelers. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again next time."
