Heshe Inn (Chaozhou Old Town Paifang Street Guangji Bridge)

The inn's location is indeed excellent; it's right off Paifang Street, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city and visiting Guangji Bridge. The room was small, and the facilities were just average. The disposable towels shed lint after a few uses, which wasn't a great experience. Also, the hot water ran out at night, so showers were a bit cold.

This tatami room with a bathtub is excellent value for money! The room, though not large, has everything you need and is very comfortable. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even helped us, two women, with our luggage. There are so many great restaurants near the inn downstairs, making dining super convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This is my second time staying at this guesthouse. The location is incredibly convenient, right inside the ancient city. After taking a taxi to Zhukoumen, it's just about 200 meters into the old town. It's also very close to Paifang Street, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. The environment is pleasant, and it's clean and hygienic. The owner's service attitude is also excellent. It's definitely trustworthy.

The ambiance is just perfect! After a long day, a nice bath was incredibly stress-relieving. The tatami tea table in the room was a lovely touch too; sitting there, sipping tea and looking out the window, I felt completely relaxed. The bathroom facilities were all brand new, with thoughtful details like a smart toilet and a good hairdryer. The hygiene was exceptional, and the service was very attentive.

The place is very clean, and the owner is really kind. I had a great experience and would definitely book here again if I come back!
