Yes, the boss and customer service are very nice. We accidentally knocked over the soy sauce and the boss and customer service immediately comforted us by saying that if it can be washed, there is no need to pay the cleaning fee. Later it did need to be sent for cleaning but the merchant also said that they can help pay for the quilt cover. Good review!

It is very clean and tidy, with plenty of space. The decoration is retro and new. The location is also very convenient. It is right next to the ancient city archway. It also has thoughtful tourist guides. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Chaozhou!

The location is excellent, just within the ancient city. Just walk out and you can buy delicious Chaoshan delicacies. It's also very convenient if you like shopping. It is within walking distance to Guangji Tower and Guangji Bridge. My sister likes shopping, so she went to the shopping street during her 2-day stay. I like to walk in scenic spots, watch the Guangji Bridge light show at night, and walk on the Guangji Bridge during the day. The location of this B&B is super convenient for guests traveling and shopping.

In my opinion, this B&B is really a great B&B. The style is very Zen. The whole thing is clean and tidy. Disposable towels and bath towels. The customer service lady is super great. The authentic snacks recommended are also delicious. Due to personal schedule arrangements, the lady also helps with baking. It is recommended to take out the clothes after drying and put them away.
