Cheng Residence (Chaozhou Ancient City Paifang Street Branch)

程公館是一家百年老宅，到處都可以感受到年代的氣息！房間裏設施很齊全，還貼心的準備了各類洗漱用品，夏天就怕蚊子多，但是老闆都準備充分，雖然住底樓，一個蚊子包都沒有！地段很好，出去逛古城非常方便，逛累了馬上就是可以回去休息！由於晚上八點的飛機，老闆貼心的幫我們延遲了退房時間，方便我們休息！太感謝了！下次還會來！

服務不錯，很熱情，到停車場後還有專車過來接我們，真的很貼心～ 民宿環境不錯，房間也挺乾淨的，但洗手間較小，值得一提的是還準備了一次性的毛巾浴巾，值得點贊👍

When I was leaving Shantou for Chaozhou, I was most looking forward to this B&B that I found the night before. I was pleasantly surprised after checking in! The building of this B&B is a hundred years old. When the owner was repairing it, he tried his best to preserve the original appearance of the building. I really appreciate people who do things this way, and they have also made contributions to cultural relics. Many windows and floors in the main building are original. There is a place to drink tea and chat in the yard. I happened to have half a day to catch the rain. It was really pleasant to drink tea, listen to the rain and chat in the yard, and experience the feeling of a wealthy family. I listened to the boss talk about the history of this building. It’s a pity that I didn’t live in the main building this time. Next time I go, I will definitely live in the main building. (The photos have not been retouched, all are original pictures)

Very beautiful B&B, very convenient to the surrounding attractions in the ancient city, about 1 km on foot. The design of the B&B is very unique, the room is very clean, and the yard is also beautiful, with fish and cats. Live on the second floor, there is a balcony at the door to enjoy the view and drink tea. Although it is a wooden door, the room is very soundproof, and I didn't feel that living in the alley was noisy. The only drawback is that the toilet is a little small, and it may be crowded if you are tall. Then make a small suggestion, the sanitation can be done more actively, and the housekeeper can take the initiative to ask the guests if they need to do the sanitation, or directly help to do it.

We booked two rooms at the same time, and the boss upgraded one for us, which was very nice.

Cheng Mansion was the first homestay we stayed in during our trip to Chaozhou. The mansion is a century-old house with a different world inside, far away from the noise of the streets. The owner and the proprietress were very enthusiastic and chatty. Kung Fu tea and snacks were free for guests staying at the hotel. Sitting in the yard at night, looking at the Republic of China-style house with rockery and pool water, it was very pleasant and left a deep impression on our Chaozhou trip. If we come to play next time, we will come again. Great!
