服務熱心，設施齊全。還有洗衣機。交通方便。不足是環境:樓下的燒烤店有氣味，門前小巷窄，路不太好走。

離潮州古城不遠，步行20多分鐘可到達，潮州景點集中，這個位置酒店有性價比。附近有停車場，老闆會報銷一部分停車費。周邊吃的店不少。
