那些好評真的不知道怎麼來的，感覺是水軍，這種環境衞生，説真的，當時就想退房，因為攜程上預訂了30分鐘之後就不能取消，現在知道為什麼了，因為看了環境和衞生真的會現場退房，衞生間一股臭味，又小。五一期間五百多也認了，但是這衞生真心不值。對於房東服務也是很熱情的，沒話説的，房東説這個房子有100年了，年代是有點久，可以接受舊，但不能接受衞生差，睡個床床上就一個席夢思墊然後放一張白色床單，睡起來腰痠背痛，不會推薦也不會再去第二次。攜程上的圖片吸引去的，説實話，與圖不符，真的是照騙啊。住進去一直後悔。……不推薦。

房間夠大但房間衞生間小得奇葩，裏面設施很差，卧室顏色太陳舊沒有一點温馨感，房東估計是通過監控看到我們白天在院子裏發呆的時間比較長，用微信反覆提醒我們應該到房間裏去。説怕我們影響到其它客人休息，實際是從中午到晚上11點多都沒有看到其它客人，諾大棟樓就我們三個待着，尤其晚上感覺瘮得慌，説實話很大的院子有顆生機勃勃的玉蘭樹，如改進服務態度小院有人情味了才有生氣。

每年來潮州出差必選之居住地，過一下穿越的癮[偷笑]性價比超高，環境和衞生做得好，人文也贊，潮州味十足。入住時前台小哥提供一樓大床房選擇，一樓衞生間大，還有乾濕分離，對比之下我還是選二樓，房間瑕不掩瑜，陽光明媚，透過彩繪玻璃，雕花窗外紫藤婆娑，門口書吧可以躺懶人沙發看書很贊～氛圍比較文藝温馨，建議太在意衞生間大小的可選一樓房間，比較古典雅緻，窗外是庭院美景。

潮州古城，自然要住在老房子裏才有味道！這裏原是軍閥的私宅，高門闊院很舒服。老闆很nice，提前加了微信，告知停車吃飯等一幹事宜，還幫着規劃了溜達的路線～老房子房間也高，床軟軟的睡着很舒服。下次還來😜
