整體來説還不錯的，入住的房間就馬桶稍有點異味，做為山中型度假酒店，晚上散步極好或半夜爬山去看日出，山路無照明，卻沒在酒店找到手電筒。早餐豐富，環境宜人。

景區環境不錯。房間衞生還行。設施也還行，房間裏如果加個咖啡機就更不錯。不過服務確實跟不上。首先，套房裡有三個房間，卻衹能配兩個鑰匙（其中一個還得固定插電，所以其實衹有一把鑰匙），試問三家人如何使用一把鑰匙，和前台反覆溝通，不過前台態度強硬，一定不肯多給鑰匙。其次，被子被薄，我們要換厚的，前台説沒有厚的；加一床被子必須20塊錢，我們衹能加了三床被子；加被子的三床被子60塊錢還不能在前台交或者在按金扣，衹能給現金，讓人覺得很不舒服。這樣的服務太差評了。
