老闆人不錯，喜歡超大床，衞生乾淨，附近吃的也可以，走到潮州古城也不遠，晚上安靜，都不錯

環境很差，特別特別多蟲子，床上也有，廁所特別特別多，空調噴水吐冰塊，隔音效果差，半夜還有人吵架，極度影響睡眠質量

一開始訂的不是這裏，是因為原本定的地方付款後結果沒房了，攜程工作人員聯繫改到這裏來的，因為晚了不方便再出去找其他地方住就衹好心情複雜地將就一晚上，剛去衞生間就堵了，然後出去了一會回來浴室全是蟲子，陽台也有蟲子，還有蟑螂，晚上澡沒辦法洗，陽台洗個臉也戰戰兢兢...結果三四點鐘門口有人在吵架和摔門🙏🏼

宿舍樓都很新，雖然有點偏僻，但是前台人很好，退房忘記拿按金了，最後都可以微信退，不知道為什麼評分那麼低
