羞，勁差！主要是前台太太太太惡劣，簡直嘔心到爆！維也納前台差是不是定律？也是標準？
算是所住過的維也納最差的。
前台沒有禮貌也沒有任何態度，好像欠了你錢的。
一進來先問你有沒有會員，可以辦一張有好處之類就勁推銷的態度，如果你温柔一點也可以考慮但實在太惡了。
网訂了270也算在這小鎮里最貴的一間，高級民宿也就308。
房間很小，一進樓層全是煙味，有些大房都不關門煙味全飄到走廊去。
房里也是煙味揮不去，枱面的油積也未有處理好，太邋遢[吐][撇嘴]太嘔心！
你到樓下問可否換房，她就更惡，說叫你先上去叫服務員開房間你選好先，不要換來換去。你說的沒錯但太惡太不似服務似我欠你錢似的。
我平台訂房不跟你買會員，就要那么惡？老板你還是換人吧？這样的前台只會直接增加你的差評。

大堂有人吸煙，煙味很濃，令旅客不舒服哦。
員工如可再友善多一點更好。
酒店很新，很大，房間很大，很舒適哦，風景很好。
淋浴非常好，很快就有熱水，一直都夠熱水。
電視台有全國五十個台，整晚都看到節目，非常好。
但露台門鎖不了，有點擔心，下次要檢查清楚，真的鎖不了就要求換房比較安心。
鳳凰鎮的特色菜非常好吃，還想再去！

服務熱情周到，前台小妹妹介紹了周邊吃的和玩的，朋友都吃的玩的很開心。酒店經理介紹去了烏崬山上的農家體驗了一把採茶的樂趣，和茶農的聊的很開心，隨便買了點茶，回去慢慢喝。很享受這裏的慢生活，下次空閑帶家人一起過來度假。
