酒店地理位置不錯，處於古城區附近，離牌坊街、廣濟橋、廣濟樓1.5公里左右，步行即可到達，有免費停車場，出行很方便。大堂休閑區公共區域有4款花茶可以免費品嚐，前台服務人員態度友好，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備完善，有小冰箱，飲料和咖啡茶葉都是免費的。

地理環境不錯，在西湖公園正對面，走十分鐘就到潮州古城景點。服務周到，提前一天打電話過來問住房需求。開房時給了潮州美食遊玩攻略，他們推薦的小吃和飯店都很不錯。酒店有花茶提供，止咳化痰，八點後還有甜湯供應，甜度正好。下次還會選擇韓思·熙湖酒店👍👍👍
