Fresh fruit on arrival and great coffee each morning. We even got a free room upgrade. Very comfortable bed and hi-tech shower - we had a very nice stay.

The stay is at good place, almost middle of the city and very near to most famous tourist area. Good food joints near by. And the bed was very comfortable and cosy. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

This was probably my favorite hotel during my seven week trip around China. I had the third-floor room with view of the lake and a bathtub in my room. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottle water and gave a gift of fruit upon arrival. The price quality ratio was better than expected. The staff were very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel for family on short trip to chaozhou. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby has eateries. Value for money. Highly recommended for travellers who don't mind walking a little bit. Of course u can use taxi but I preferred to walk

The hotel is located next to the West Lake, easy to find, and cars can be parked in front of the door. It is within walking distance to the attractions in the ancient city. The hotel was renovated from an ancient house and has installed elevators to reach each floor. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and suitable in size, neat and clean, the bathrooms have sufficient water power, and the hairdryer has strong wind power. There are also public spaces on each floor, making it feel like home. Breakfast is traditional Teochew style. The boss and waiters are friendly and helpful.

The room has a nice view, and the West Lake is beautiful. 1 pack of Phoenix Dancong tea: delicious Special licorice fruit: delicious

Because the check-in time happened to be the off-season, the boss upgraded our room type for free🤝The whole check-in process was very pleasant and reassuring. The layout and decoration of the room were very attentive and clean. The B&B is located on the edge of the ancient city, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. On the first day of the stay, we tasted the Chaozhou snacks with heavy oil during the tour. On the second day, the boss thoughtfully prepared for us a lighter and greasy white porridge and Chaozhou-style side dishes. Thank you👍👍👍

I was worried that it would be hard to find in the old city, but it turned out that I could get to the door directly after getting off the high-speed train and taking a taxi. There are public rest areas on each floor, which is a plus. The boss and the waiter cleared a lot of obstacles for us. We added WeChat and planned a tour route according to our ideas. The experience was great. We chatted so well that we even had lunch with the boss.

Located by the Chaozhou West Lake, the scenery is pleasant. The hotel is designed and decorated with Oriental style, comfortable and tidy. The bathroom supplies are complete and the shower equipment is advanced. The boss, Mr. Huang, and the staff, Mr. Li (Yayue), are hospitable, talkative, and share a lot about Chaozhou people and things. Breakfast is a Chaozhou breakfast, rich and delicious, with local specialties.

The service is satisfactory. The sanitation and cleanliness are very good. There is a lake view and a rooftop suitable for family entertainment. The boss and waiters are very nice. It is close to tourist spots. I only look forward to coming back next time.

The environment is beautiful, the location is convenient for travel, and I can catch up with the owner of the B&B by the way. The B&Bs I looked at on Ctrip mainly had lake views and small rooms. For a B&B at this price, the facilities should be relatively good. However, I felt depressed from the moment I entered. The waiter at the front desk was indifferent and would not answer questions. They didn't even help me move my luggage. The bathroom faucet in the room was also rusty. There were a lot of water stains on the table. It looked very shabby and old. The most outrageous thing was that I brought a disposable toilet seat, which was thicker and larger. I couldn't put it on at all, so I tore it off after putting it on hard. I saw that the hotel was equipped with a disposable toilet seat, but it still couldn't be put on. I called the boss, but he said he couldn't and asked the cleaning lady to put it on, but the result was still there. I didn't put it on, so I put on two broken ones. I tried to use it for a while, but it broke after less than two times. I really can't complain. I feel so bad. The design of the toilet is so anti-human. I burped so painfully that I made it. People can't use the restroom with peace of mind. Only the owner's attitude is okay. I barely stayed for 2 days. As a B&B at this price, it only has a lake view. I really don't recommend anything else. It's not worth the price at all. Later, I changed to Atour. The room was very warm and the facilities were clean. It was much better than this one. There is also a free piece of fruit.

The lake view room is far away. The West Lake is outside the floor-to-ceiling window. It is very good. The owner is also very nice. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The store is outside the ancient city. You can take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance. There are also electric cars for rent near the hotel. It is recommended to rent one. Choose a small electric car! In this way, you don’t have to worry about getting stuck in the stone pillars when traveling through the scenic spots. It only costs more than 60 yuan a day. Also, please note that when booking a hotel in the ancient city, because cars cannot pass through the ancient city, so you have to walk out of the road to get on the car.
