酒店很新，不過就位置而言不算太好,前往古城區衹能開車或打車，要20分鐘車程。
房間很大，看似豪華，但以這價格來説有許多需要加強的。電梯沒有管制，房間裏、電梯裏和酒店裡（至少在A棟）沒有任何酒店設施指引，要去餐廳、健身房都衹能打電話問前台在哪裡；房間的燈光控制不方便；沒有游泳池，衹有一家中式餐廳；房間電視沒有酒店自己的媒體系統，透過外接電視盒提供媒體撥放，很多都是需要會員VIP才能看，有點多餘；最重要的是入住時，前台也沒有做太多説明，打電話給前台要水，反而要我自己再打給房務。總之是一家性價比不高的酒店。

以下是我真實的入住體驗
首先説下酒店位置，我們開車過來附近就像郊區小鎮一樣，後來才知道市區在江對面，雖然就在江旁邊但是開車要繞路很不方便
再説下房間，唯一優勢可能就是面積大，掛牌五星實際和國際五星標準還是有差距，花灑的水比我家還小，最讓人無語的是房間牆上有扇門，一開始以為是聯通房也沒在意，到晚上回來看到那扇門附近有好幾個小蟲爬在地上和牆上，我馬上打了電話客房服務員過來看了説是天氣原因會有蟲很正常拿吸塵器吸一下就好了，我詢問了這扇門裡麪是什麼，服務員説可能是空調管道設備，我的天這種設備門怎麼會開在房間裏？這些蟲明顯是裏面爬出來的，不是吸一下就能解決的，隨後我打電話和前台溝通並表示對服務員的處理結果不滿意，我看前台沒有任何反應我主動要求了換房間，房間鑰匙讓我去樓下自己拿，好沒關係我下去拿房卡，前台居然問我能不能把舊的房卡送下來？我挺無語的，説實話住過那麼多五星級酒店，這家無論硬件還是軟件都不符合標準，後面一天客房服務員過來打招呼也算是一點安慰吧
