Popular Chaozhou 4-star Hotels

The staff are super nice and helpful!! The room service staff are very smart and good! Wonderful stay!! The only complaint is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner!!

the hotel service is not bad but needs improvement, the waiting process of checking In a hotel room takes too much time, but the hotel has a robot which can help bringing takeover to your room so it is quite convenient. about the hotel facilities, I think they are good enough there are restaurants and gym room etc, although I think they can add more sitting areas in the lobby and the air conditioner is not strong enough.the rooms are quite big and looks very clean and modern so overall the hotel is acceptable and quite good.

Coming to Chaozhou for the first time to check out the suitability for family travel. The hotel’s service is superb and the team always makes you feel welcome, from arrival to departure. They make sure they are connected with you on WeChat or mobile, so that you can contact them whenever and wherever (which is good for introverts who prefer not to speak face to face). The location is just directly opposite West Lake (西湖), and in the morning there is a small fruit market outside. It is walkable to 西马路，牌坊街，开元寺，广济桥 around 15-20min walk, but of course, you can take Didi or one of the trishaws outside the hotel. Even though it is not luxurious, what I love about this hotel is that I can leave without dirty clothes, because they offer dry cleaning services for unlimited pieces of clothing, once per day (till 22:00).

This hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. In fact, this is my second time coming to Chaozhou. The first time I stayed near the ancient city. When I booked a hotel this time, I saw that this Campanile Hotel is relatively new and has intelligent equipment, especially It has projection movie equipment. The review score was high, so I booked it for 2 days. It was really good after I came and stayed for another day. It felt really good. The hotel's health, service, and breakfast are not inferior to five-star hotels in every aspect, but the price is not. It is much cheaper, especially the breakfast has a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, as well as local characteristics. What surprised me the most is that the freshly ground coffee can also be frothed with fresh milk, which meets my daily coffee needs. Ms. Chen Peixiang who checked in at the front desk was very kind and made people feel at home as soon as they arrived at the hotel. Seeing that the old man was old, she upgraded her to a larger room and patiently guided the old man when renewing the room. Mobile phones are discounted at member prices. All the staff in the hotel, from the parking lot security guards to the cleaning lady and the front desk staff, greeted me with smiles and made me feel that my stay was very comfortable. I will come back to this hotel again when I go to Chaozhou in the future.

It is not necessary to stay near the ancient city when you come to Chaozhou. It is also a good choice to stay near the high-speed rail station. The hotel here is cheaper and more comfortable. The hotel also arranged a special car pick-up and drop-off. It is very considerate. The hotel lobby is very stylish and the room design is fashionable and comfortable. The hotel is nearby the Shaxi Food Street. It’s better to eat in the ancient city. There are many kinds of free buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great; the food tour starts as you exit the hotel - many restaurants from roast meet to Teochew porridge. The hotel has all the amenities that a guest will need. Simple, modern with a touch of fun and colour. They have a laundry room and gym. Size of the room is reasonable and they put in effort to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. Would stay here again!

A little bit: The decoration of this room type is pretty good. We live in Building 1. It is neither new nor old. The location is okay. It's easy to take a taxi. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. There are more options for eating at night. The space for storing luggage at the door is well designed, and it is also convenient to hang clothes. Disadvantages: The bathroom is a bit cramped, especially the location of the toilet. The smart toilet seat and electric curtains are not working. I didn't feel that the two pillows were very comfortable. Although the waiters worked hard, they should not shout to each other loudly when cleaning the room, which would affect their rest. Especially next to the work room, it would be a nightmare to sleep in in the morning. Hope it improves. Generally speaking, I am basically satisfied with staying here in Chaozhou. It is cost-effective and I recommend it if you choose the room type.
