First of all, I don’t know why I booked two deluxe twin rooms. The front desk opened a big bed room for me. After opening the door, I saw that it was a big bed room and told the front desk. Then the front desk changed the twin room for me. The room was quite big and good. The room was new. It was just that the air conditioner suddenly made a loud noise at more than 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, and it lasted for about 2 minutes. At that time, I was scared to jump up with my friend. I called the front desk and said that they had not tried this situation. The way to deal with it was if it rang again. Change a room for us. Saying this problem is to ask your hotel to pay attention to this problem and find someone to repair it so as not to have similar things happen in the future

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

Location not near the tourist attractions but it is near shopping mall so very convenient. New hotel so everything is quite new. Room is big with modern touch. Bed very comfortable. Very good to have free laundry and dryer. The service by the staff is superb especially when we have issue with washing machine. The only complaint is the small breakfast area with rude local customers who snatch tables when we put our stuff on table (still dare to say table don’t have our name) - they can better control table seating.

Around 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

The hotel is minutes away by taxi to the ancient city centre which means bigger rooms at lower prices. It's been opened for a couple of years, and there are minor signs of wear-and-tear, e.g. shower cubicle door leakage, and broken exercise bike in the little gym room. General hygiene is excellent. Sticking to the citrous theme, odours of oranges and mandarins can be found everywhere - from body wash and shampoo, to the complementary tea bags and welcome biscuit. The staff was extremely helpful and well prepared for touristy questions, though the command of languages other than Mandarin Chinese was very limited.

Location is a bit far out from walking. Attraction area. Check in & check out was fast. Was up grade to better room which is more spacious and clean. Which they using technology for lighting, curtain, toilet, TV. Cleanliness room ,as only the aircon take few hour to let the room cool down which a bit down part for me. Overall is recommended hotel to stay.

The hotel is new and location is great for visiting relatives in the area. Room size is good for 2 pax. Cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even provide free airport transfer, which is a plus point. The chauffeur is friendly and help us with the luggage. Overall. It was a great experience.

Super location and super staff. Very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel room is very clean, well maintained and spacious. Buffet breakfast is nice. This is a high tech hotel that uses AI and robots. Very innovative and impressive. 10 mins walk to paifang street from the lane next to the hotel. Plenty of nice food in the immediate vicinity.
