My sister-in-law and I - 1st time at Super 8 Brenham Texas. We have passed by, but 1st time to stay and visit town. Yes, hotel is older, so what. I got texts asking if we needed anything, every time we were by lobby, we were asked if everything was ok and needed anything with a smile. No elevators, but a staff member helped us get things up. YEAP! We packed too much. AC worked great. Needed tv fixed and they were at our door right away and fixed it quickly. (just needed a new remote). Customer service makes up for the age of hotel. Manager Ali was super nice along with his staff. It was a quiet hotel and very friendly. Planning on coming back to visit Brenham and want same room. Will not pack so much next time 😊

We had no reservation, but became tired of traveling and decided to stop. What a great idea to choose this Super 8!! We were greeted by Shumair, who was personable, and made us feel so welcome. He helped find our best rate, as Seniors, and gave great advice about a nearby restaurant for supper. At checkout the next morning, his Sister checked us out. She was very polite yet friendly. Everything was 5 of 5!

Manager horrible got in my face just trashy place Jacuzzi room.. old Jacuzzi leaked into another room without my knowledge the next morning 10:30 AM manager beat on my door, accusing me of doing something my room was completely dry. I had no idea of any leak in a different room. There’s no way I would know that he got in my face referred to me as you people my room was completely dry. There was no indication that the Jacuzzi was leaking into another room yet the Arabic manager, the ****** man that he is spoke to me as if I was trash this establishment is not a safe place for anyone of color

The single King room I stayed in, 102, was a good size room and near the pool. The staff was cool and provided good customer service. The room has Direct TV. The pool was cleaned and there’s a seafood restaurant next door. Ali is a very kind guy with exceptional service. Thank you to him and his staff.

No elevators. Expect to carry bags up stairs. Room was hot. Could have turned on A/C prior to us getting there. It was clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was waffle and cereal. Good location and front desk was nice. On the phone talking and laughing while trying to check me in.

Two stars only b/c the desk manager was very kind and friendly. Following things we find unacceptable. 1. The security lock inside the room door was broken and the door was really dirty 2. The bathtub had a large stain. 3. The shower had calk accumulation so that the water didn't flow properly 4. The toilettpapper holder been rosted. 5. The entire hairdryer holder been sitting on the countertop. Apparently it felt off the wall b/c it was attached with adhesive tape instead of two screws 6. The office chair was covered in stains 7. The entertainment center was broken on the bottom 8. The ice machine was in unhygienic condition These are all quick fixes.. is that a don't care attitude? Please find pictures attached We paid $104.00/night over *********** and realized that other guests paid way less.

I spent a few days here for business planning and enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff. Not the newest, fanciest hotel, but clean and a great value. I chatted several times with the staff and they made good recommendations for restaurants, parks and things to do in the area. They even helped out when I forgot part of my phone charging cord, loaning me a charger brick that kept my phone alive for the remainder of my stay. Great experience, would stay here again.

Bed was hard. Pillows tiny but the service was great. Easy check in and check out. If the beds were softer and pillows bigger we would absolutely make this an every time hotel. Those were my only issues.

Customer Service excellent! Eating area super clean. Rooms were super clean. Air conditioner excellent. Comfy beds and good sleep. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone! Also great price! Thank you!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
