Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/West Ashley

The Hotel was very convenient. Right off Savannah Hwy. close to anything you would need. We were there to buy a car and a huge number of dealerships were just down the street. Far enough off that major thoroughfare to be quite though. Front clerk yliana got us checked in fast, explained everything to us and followed up on our stay.  Breakfast area was well stocked and food was great. The eggs were excellent and didn’t seem like normal powdered affair.  Room was very clean and large. We had a king suite with kitchen. Sofa was comfortable and not too much worn. Shower was large and extremely clean. Another excellent Hampton stay for us.

Looks like the hotel has been renovated within the last year or so. The decor was fresh and welcoming with a hint of Southern style. The public areas were well appointed and the rooms well equipped with anything guests could need. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and replenished quickly with coffee and hot water urns topped up and piping hot. All staff we encountered were warm and friendly and took a real pride in their surroundings. Will happily return and would certainly recommend. Handy for visiting downtown historic Charleston and the surrounding areas and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Nice, clean, friendly, convienent hotel. My wife had a procedure at MUSC. Hotel is only about 15 minutes from the hospital. Will stay at this hotel for any future visits to Charleston.

After just staying at the worst Hampton ever in St Augustine Beach and questioning any Hamptons we stayed here. It was back up to the quality we expect from Hampton! Very clean rooms and common areas, very friendly staff and the breakfast was fully stock and hot. Would recommend staying here if you are in Charleston!

This Hampton Inn is a step above. It is the little details that make it a worthy visit. The room was clean, the bed linens crisp, etc. The fitness center was outside the main building in a building by itself. It was clean, every machine was working.. and when the maintenance man came in.. I asked him to lower the temperature and he said "Sure." He came back later to check to see if it was ok. The breakfast buffet was the standard fare but it was prepared better. The egg omelette was fresh and hot and so were the potatoes.The hotel was recently renovated (past 1-2 years and they are keeping up with this renovation to make sure things are maintained.

Received a room upgrade without requesting it. Registration desk people and Breakfast attendant were very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel 20 minutes from downtown Charleston,in Ashley area. Nice rooms, clean, modern. Well kept. Very good breakfast. Free parking. Very reazonable price for the quality you get.

Amazing and clean Hampton Inn. Feels like a boutique hotel. Awesome location. Comfy beds and welcoming staff. We loved this hotel and would come back again in a heartbeat.
