Very disappointed being a club member it was not to our satisfaction at all, the room was very damp the carpet had wrinkles from the door to across the window. Could not see through the windows for the fog between the glass. Had to listen to a industrial fan in the hall way for close to 3 hours till we complained. Roof top bar not open when we were told it would be open at 4 pm. Short staffed, dinner was also a short staff episode. We felt sorry for the only server on that nite, booths were not cleaned, we took a table to help her out, she was run off her feet. She was a great server which was good, and the meal was good. We noticed a worker picking away at the ceiling just down by the reception area while we had our dinner. Next morning, we had the buffet breakfast and as we left the water was pouring out of the ceiling where the worker was working last night, get to the 4th floor go down the hall to our room and the hall is full of water. Then we have no water in our room, thankfully it wasn’t to long we had water again. We were glad we were heading out, not a nice stay at all. Needs improvements in many ways.

We t stayed here after our cruise and right before our flight home. So we arrived early and before check-in time, on a rainy day. The front staff was extremely helpful in accommodating my family of 4 and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated! Room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and cozy! Definitely recommend!

The reception and ambience was beautiful. No complementary breakfast for the price charged.
The bathrooms are very small. The shower stall is very cramped. Its a huge property but the bathroom is very tiny.
Rooms are average size. Parking is not clear. Most of nearby slots are hold by valet parking. So the guest have to keep roaming around to find parking.
