Nice water view, sadly won’t repeat stay. Dirty and got bug bites. The outside courtyard is nice to look out at the water but dated and dirty. Stains on cement from liquid spills. Empty glasses, dishes, and trash. Understand business weekend, your rates were higher for demand, but didn’t increase staff to manage the mess and clean up.

We had a great stay at the hotel it was very clean everyone was very friendly, the a**osphere was great and the restaurant was great we ate there 3 of our 4 nights. Paid Parking was easy there were always spots available. The only thing we did not like was the noise level. We had a corner room so we only had neighbors across from us but the noise of doors shutting and people talking down the hall kept us up much of the night. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back.

Our daughter just Graduated from COFC during her 4 yrs we have stayed at a bunch of hotels and this is by far the best value. Room 351 one bed suite overlooking the water w a massive balcony! wonderful breakfast excellent service very easy access w tons of Ubers yes it’s nice to be right on King st but this has a getaway vibe for 1/2 the price and so much room. Plenty of parking wish we had stayed here all 4 yrs it’s really worth it!

We were in a recently renovated corner balcony waterfront room. The room has two small balconies. The balconies were filthy one had a birds nest above our head, both had spider webs and dried up wasp on the ceilings of the balconies. We could not comfortably enjoy the balconies because it was filthy. The balconies are in need of a major pressure washing!! The small table on the balcony was from 1969 peeled coloring. Overall, The inside of the hotel room was clean and everything worked. The hotel is very spacious.

Beautiful hotel with all necessary amenities. Bistro/Starbucks in lobby. View over looking pool/river is gorgeous. Free shuttle to waterfront and back every half hour. Definitely pleased with my stay!

Fantastic. Clean. Every server and member of hotel staff friendly to the point of going out of way to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend. Wish more hotels would move away from rugs like this one - rooms even just seem cleaner with that stone tile. Slept great. Will be back.
