Awful! Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unfriendly. The management was the worst. The rooms were like a motel 6 and on top of that it’s haunted! No microwave, no room service, no refrigerator! I honestly have nothing nice to say about the management.

The Mills house was so charming. It felt grand at every turn. Having access to the 2nd floor balcony outside of our room was a pleasant surprise. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

Hospitality was top notch and the rooms extremely comfortable even though they are a bit small. Only complaint would be the size of the bathroom is ridiculously small.

Fantastic hotel. Great service from desk, bar, cafe, valet. The King Corner room wins! Walking distance to so many restaurants. Beautiful courtyard and pool. One of my better recent Hilton stays. Hilton Diamond. Surprisingly good to-go food from the coffee shop.

Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there. The staff could not be nicer. Champagne and peitite fours in the room. Valet service is a must have in this city. Close to absoulutely every restaurant and venue we wanted to see. The pool is packed but - there is a whole side area under umbrellas in which to sit. Rocking chairs in that area of the pool are lovely

The Mills House is a stunning hotel ideally situated in a prime location. With its picturesque rooftop pool area, complete with a full bar and attentive wait staff, guests can unwind in style. Additionally, the hotel boasts a charming courtyard, a cozy coffee shop, and a vibrant restaurant/bar. Its central location allows for easy exploration on foot. Inside, the rooms impress with their cleanliness, tranquility, and exceptionally comfortable beds. Our stay was truly delightful, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel, lovely service, true southern hospitality! From the luggage and lobby upon our first arrival to the pool deck, daily yoga, coffee shop, cleaning crew, and everyone in between. So grateful to have stayed with y'all... Can't wait to come back!

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary in Charleston and stayed two nights at The Mills House. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel employees from the valets to housekeeping and front desk were friendly and welcoming. I had only mentioned my anniversary in conversation when checking in and later that day found a plate of small fruit and pastries with a bottle of wine and a very kind card congratulations is on our anniversary. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were in the middle of all the historic sites and could reach everything we wanted to see on foot. Lots of dining options very close to the hotel. We especially enjoyed Poogan's Porch. Amazing trip all around
