Poor lighting in the rear parking area, trash was on the ground surrounding property, the outside of the apar**ent looked unkept in comparison to the surrounding apar**ents with the exception of the apar**ent across the street which appeared to be abandoned with an entire toilet sitting outside in the front of the apar**ent.

Very enjoyable stay in good location for King St and restaurants. 30 min walk to historical district which was fine for us and a very enjoyable walk.
Property well stocked with everything you need. Nice welcome basket on arrival.
Some noise from a nearby road which did not disturb us.
