The attitude of a black woman at the front desk was not good. The hotel bed was too soft, and her back hurt when she slept. Because my daughter stayed there for 38 days, I just booked this hotel to see her. Not recommended!

The room was huge with separate bedroom and living room/full kitchen. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was huge and had a great variety of fresh foods. In the evening there was wine and snacks. The location was within a block of tons of great restaurants. We were able to take a quick Uber to the dock to go to Fort Sumter, City Market and many museums. I would stay here again.

Taylor was amazing! Super friendly and helpful with check-in. Staff were always saying hello and seemed genuine. Hotel breakfast was standard but filling.

An error was made while booking my reservation. My intended dates were for 3/29-3/30, but the system defaulted to 3/28-3/29. After immediately noticing the error, we called the property. Despite spending 30 minutes on the phone with a representative, we were unable to adjust the reservation, which is understandable given the property's full occupancy. However, what was disappointing was the representative's refusal to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. Even a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Despite immediately recognizing the mistake and reaching out to rectify it, they were unwilling to cooperate.
