An error was made while booking my reservation. My intended dates were for 3/29-3/30, but the system defaulted to 3/28-3/29. After immediately noticing the error, we called the property. Despite spending 30 minutes on the phone with a representative, we were unable to adjust the reservation, which is understandable given the property's full occupancy. However, what was disappointing was the representative's refusal to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. Even a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Despite immediately recognizing the mistake and reaching out to rectify it, they were unwilling to cooperate.
