While the all inclusive option is nice, the food and drinks were good, and the staff/service were great, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The rooms felt like you were glamping/camping at the beach as opposed to being at a hotel/resort. They are in desperate need of updating and are pretty dingy, dirty, dark. I unfortunately ignored other reviews saying the same thing and regret that. The shower dial was falling out of the wall, there were long dark hairs in the towels and in the shower. All of the hangers in the closet were rusty. The AC didn’t work well. The keycard wouldn’t open the back door looking towards the beach. The toilet roll holder is one of those giant multi-roll plastic holders you would find in a public bathroom. The beach is really rocky, to the point we couldn’t enjoy being in the water and swimming. We cut our trip short and stayed there one night before moving to a different resort. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately. Giving a 2 star overall review because all of the staff were very friendly and food was good, but that’s about it.
