Bluebeard's Castle Resort ★★★
The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★
"Check-in Delays: Upon arrival, we were met with a very slow check-in process that resulted in a 30-minute wait, which was an exhausting start to our vacation. Failed Special Request: We had specifically coordinated with a staff member named Jaaziel to arrange a birthday cake for my daughter. Despite providing all necessary details including flavor and timing and two days later, we discovered that the order had never been placed with the bakery. No Follow-up: At 4:00 PM, we were told the staff would "see what they could do." We waited an hour for an update, only to be told they would call us back by 8:00 PM. That follow-up call never happened, nor did we receive any apology or acknowledgment for the breakdown in communication."
Bunker Hill Hotel ★★★
"Nice place in a good location. Easy to get a taxi"
Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas ★★
"Very nice, good location for Carnival."
Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Autograph Collection ★★★★
"Great resort, location on the water staff very friendly."
Island View Guesthouse ★★★
"The Island View Guesthouse is a hidden gem overlooking Charlotte Amelia! The rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed! The food was amazing and eating al fresco overlooking the water was so special! Marshall, Libby and Randall were so welcoming and gave us such great service!"
Marriott's Frenchman's Cove ★★★★
"My family of five (husband and three children, ages 16, 12, and 6) visited St. Thomas from August 2–10, 2025, and stayed at Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove in a two-bedroom villa in the Virgin Gorda building. The villa was spacious, clean, updated, and had more than enough room for all of us. We often cooked breakfast and lunch right in the villa — the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. The pool area was another highlight — clean, inviting, and complete with a waterslide my kids enjoyed daily. There’s plenty of seating around the pool, and we never had trouble finding chairs. The beach is beautiful, with lots of chairs and umbrellas available. The sand is soft and clean, but a quick tip: enter the water on the far left side, as the right side can be a bit rocky. There’s one on-site restaurant with a casual menu of burgers, quesadillas, salads, wings, etc. We ate there three times for a late lunch/snack before dinner. The food was decent and convenient. The resort itself is hilly, so depending on where your villa is located, you may need to take two or three elevators to get there. It seemed tricky at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. For me, the only downsides were the limited dining options — I wish there were at least one or two more sit-down restaurants for dinner — and the long check-in process. Marriott emailed me multiple times before our arrival asking when we’d get there, and I consistently answered 2:00 p.m. While I understand check-in isn’t until 4:00 p.m., I had hoped the room might be ready since they asked. It wasn’t ready at 2:00, which was fine, but when we came back at 4:00, it still wasn’t ready. After waiting hot and tired from travel, we finally got into our room around 4:35 p.m. All in all, our stay was wonderful, and I would absolutely return to Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove. The location, villa comfort, and beautiful pool/beach area made it a memorable family vacation."
Windward Passage Hotel ★★★
"In disrepair. Needs renovation. Last visit"
Bolongo Bay Beach Resort ★★★
"Clean room with basic amenities comfortable and easy access for transportation to wherever you want to go! The All Inclusive package is a great value for a short stay. Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu. The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat. There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise. A pleasant stay to rest and relax while enjoying the tropical sunshine and beautiful vistas."

Emerald Beach Resort
"Old facility. Food too expensive and bad. Air conditioner light is really annoying and bright right in front of the beds."
Little Indigo Apartments
"This was by far the best way to see the Islands. .The cost was upfront with full transparency...the proper was EXACTLY the way it was described and the host Ronita and her family treated me as if I were their own ...I can't imagine staying on the island in a better place . I was provided with a list of SAFE cab drivers and places to go to see actual locals art and entertainment upon checking in . They really made this a stay to remember!! Thank you Ronita to you and your family !"
Margaritaville Vacation Club - St Thomas
"July 5th- 7th, 2025 GOOD 1. Friendly staff 2. Room looked very nice 3. The roof top pool bar was great! We could not smell the seaweed/ sewer from there. 4. The regular pool was also nice however, the stench was horrible down there. BAD 1. The seaweed/ sewer scent permeated the air upon entrance to the hotel 2. The room had a bit of a musty scent 3. There was no drinking water in the room, and it was not included in room service. We were told to drink the tap water as it was filtered . The water was heavy and horrible!. 4. There was a horrible sewer stench which came from the shower/ tap once you opened the water. We could barely use to brush our teeth it tasted so bad."

Hotel 1829
"1829 hotel really saved my family in a difficult situation! Our evening flight was canceled and we had no place to stay. We were calling around everywhere and thankfully I found the 1829 hotel. The owner Jessica was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We Took her up on the opportunity to stay there. She offered to book our taxis, gave us recommendations of where to eat, and just went above and beyond in every way. the hotel itself was very charming and in a neighborhood where we could walk to restaurants at night time. The hotel is full of history annd personality, and the owners can tell you all about it. If you want something charming, convenient and a little bit out of the box, 1829 is a great choice. The room was very comfortable for myself and three grown daughters. The only negative thing I have to say is that my shower was cold. Not sure if that’s normal or not. if I were staying in St. Thomas again I would Absolutely Stay there. We got two other people booked in the same hotel and they were delighted with their experience also. three other people on the flight were able to stay at their other property and they also said that was very charming and they had a good experience. Jessica , my family and I can’t thank you enough for a great experience that evening! It ended up being a great night with new friends! Courtney Marquardt"
Galleon House Hotel
"A little old and some cockroaces going around - nothing too surprising."
The Mafolie Hotel
"The hotel is in a great location, halfway up the mountain, with a wide view and beautiful views of the bay; we booked the bangalow, which has a large room but relatively few bathrooms."
