One of the best check in experiences and conversations from the young man who’s name I can’t remember , told us the history of charlottes basketball team in 2 mins , really close to great bars and restaurants and very clean and grab and go coffee and fruit for pre breakfast check out , very nice hotel

Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly. The room itself was clean. Aside from that our stay was disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low for a hotel. The mattress felt worn and old. The pillows were very uncomfortable/flat. The worst part of the room was an incessant bright white flash from the smoke detector that would go off every 10 seconds; it was very disruptive when trying to sleep. There was no way for us to turn this flashing off. I hope in the future the hotel replaces these smoke detectors or finds a way to turn off the constant flashing.

A beautiful hotel that's well maintained. Staff were very nice, and we were able to walk across the street to Oak Steakhouse and have a wonderful meal. We loved the two fireplaces in the lobby.

Very nice hotel in a great area close to SouthPark mall & restaurants!! Staff was great. Negatives; we Had to pay to park & shower /bathroom could use updating.

Hotel is great. Everything is so clean. Staff as very friendly and efficient. Dinner in the bar was delicious. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of good food. The only downfall here are their wimpy pillows other than that, will definitely be back.

The receptionists staff were the most welcoming and professional folks. They made sure our needs were met and followed up to ensure our visit was enjoyable. The bar staff were great too! The room was clean and pillows were perfect! We will definitely stay at this location again.
