"The most failed hotel in this trip, the price/performance ratio is extremely poor. There are many hotels in Charlotte, and I chose this most expensive one, thinking it would be very good. In fact, it was a big mistake. The hotel lobby is very small. Because the black people celebrated the festival that night when we arrived (there is a famous bar upstairs), the front desk was full of people. After we queued up to enter and told the front desk that we had paid the room fee, they emphasized that each room had a pre-authorization of $1,122.4. We froze 2 rooms for 2 times, $1,122.4. There is no parking lot in the city center, and the parking fee for a small car cost nearly $100 (+ tip) for 2 days. The main reason is that each time we use the car, we have to wait for more than 15 minutes. The most annoying thing is that when we checked out, we asked him about the bill and found that the room fee was deducted twice. After we negotiated with Ctrip, they said that they would refund it in 2 days. The one with the trailer fee had been checked out, and the one without the trailer fee had not been refunded for 10 days, $1,122.4. We still didn't get a refund after checking the bill every day. After negotiating with Ctrip, they could only tell the agent to wait, it was a collapse! Don't book this hotel, the Marriott and Ritz-Carlton around are very good and cheaper than them."

"I booked it on a whim because it had over 9 stars, but it was under renovations, so I couldn't take my kids there. Breakfast was over an hour away, and they wouldn't refill the milk. There was too much food left. The coffee, hot chocolate, and hot water at the front desk were all empty. When I asked, they told me to go to the breakfast restaurant. There wasn't even a single bottle of water in the room. The pool was under renovation, so if it wasn't available, shouldn't they have clearly stated so? I brought everything I wanted to enjoy with my kids, but they said it was under construction... It was so, so bad for the price. I have so many complaints, but I can't write them all down, which is frustrating."
