Beautiful hotel and extra bonus was having the lantern festival on in the park the day we hit there! Beautiful area close to lots of restaurants etc would definitely stay again

I rate this hotel of five and five. Had dinner last night and they had live music and the food was excellent. Enjoyed a nice breakfast and the server Riziki and Adam were excellent. The hotel is very pretty, peaceful and the rooms are beautiful……………..

Excellent service from Riziki and Adam. She was very understanding of my needs and got exactly what I wanted for breakfast. Best service I have had in a long time.

Riziki gave freest customer service at the restaurant! She accommodated all my request. It was breakfast time and I don’t normally eat breakfast so she accommodated me with the lunch menu as my day was going to be very long, hats off to her.

I have been staying at the Renaissance for many years. I am surprised I have never been asked by management for my opinion. Concierge lounge has gotten really bad. Check in was great this past stay. Previous 2 stays issue with reservation. Thankfully Riziki is still around. She is always so helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, clean, and updated ambiance. I was highly pleased with the warm reception given by Diamond. She is a good star. Her smile and her rare hospitality make me want to stay longer. Diamond deserves an Employee of the Month award, and I am huge on customer service

excellent communication, professionals and attitude all positive. Even though I couldn't stay the night and had to leave my room unused, the team was exceptional.
