After my managers stay, I was unable to get in contact with an actual person to get a copy of the hotel invoice. When calling the local number, I received an error that the number did not work. I tried the corporate Marriott number and could not get a human person no matter what selection I tried. I keep being electronically told “please call local hotel”. Terrible service! As I live in Charlotte, I will have to personally go to hotel to pick up invoice for my manager, which is a huge inconvenience.

The room service was outstanding. Did not have to ask for clean linens. Our room was checked and cleaned each day. We left a tip for our room person. Did not get her name but hope she knows we appreciated her timely and thoughtful service. The handsome fast and strong young man who helped us with the bags. Yes they were heavy and some. His name is Ibraham. He helped me with loading our bags. Your workers did work hard to please us. I look forward to our next conference so I can walk across the way and stay at the Westin Hotel.

The valets were great! Very attentive to our needs! However, because I was using a scooter because of a broken foot, I was not happy that the handicapped doors entry that you press was not working the whole weekend and I had to solicit help from others to open the doors for me.

Hotel was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating and kind. We attended the ACC Championship Game, GO NOLES! and the staff from the from desk to the security and everyone in between was so kind. Enjoy the hotel and would 100% stay there again based on the experience.

Great experience overall, loved the staff and the quick service that was provided especially with valet I had Ibraheem helping me out and I was very pleased with the efficiency and kindness I was given. Even passing through and not having a long stay, the staff tries their best to get to know you which I really appreciate.

I couldn’t have imagined a better stay here, every aspect of this stay was phenomenal. The front desk team was on point, Waleed and Roosevelt took great care of me. The food here is amazing, especially their breakfast. I’m usually nervous about valet but they were so attentive and quick, Ibraheem took great care of my car too. I will be back!
