Forgot that we’re not in New York anymore and got put on the smoking floor. Smelled terrible. Rooms were dated but clean. Room was very hot and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. Don’t go down for breakfast at 6:58 it’s not served till 7:00. Rather, that’s when 1 person starts putting things out at a snails pace. Staff is miserable. If I sound grumpy it’s because I’m hungry and haven’t had my coffee yet.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Convenient and quiet location, easy on/off for the highway, and close to restaurants and stores. Our first room was next to an equipment room so it was quite loud (not the staff's fault, just poor judgment on whoever designed the layout of the building/rooms but staff moved us down the hall to a much quieter room which was much better. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Sad the pool was closed with temp outside near 100 degrees
They shouldn’t advertise having a pool if it isn’t available

We stayed for 2 nights and never received fresh towels or wash cloths. Had to ask for toilet tissue. they never changed the sheets or emptied the trash. When we arrived the person at the front desk was on her cell phone and ‘didn’t see us’ for a couple of minutes. We had 3 guests and she didn’t see us.

No coffee in the breakfast area. Tv in the room didn’t work. Manager never cared to call even after I left my name and number at the front desk. This is a terrible hotel.
