You know what to expect at AC Hotels. Room was clean and large. I had an issue with the AC unit which I thought would be fixed if I switched the unit off however the noise was loud all throughout the night. I couldn’t be bothered to call the engineer as it was late when i switched the unit off so couldn’t be bothered to switch rooms. The hotel is located very centrally and easy to get around. There are 2 other hotel chains in the same building so can be difficult to navigate.

Tavari provided great service during my stay. He was very helpful and understanding when we realized that there was an issue with my reservation. He was a true gentleman. Also I loved the valet service. He was able to get my car for me quickly even though it was pretty busy

Josh and Tavari were amazing. They were helpful from the time we pulled up to the hotel. They gave us great recommendations and we enjoyed talking to them. They played a major part in making this birthday trip the best. They might be a major part in my coming back
