It is located nice location around CLT airport and nicely privides shuttles to the air port. The room is equipped with microwave and coffee machine. 4 coffee capsules and 2 bottle of water are provided. Only thing I wated ti have was slipper.
The restaurant on 1st floor was kind and clean.

Beautiful property, close to the airport, but never heard any planes inside the building. I booked a one bedroom suite thinking it would be 2 rooms separated by a door, unfortunately it was 2 rooms separated by a 5 foot hallway, no door. We had a maintenance issue with the toilet, but my husband fixed it. The air conditioning unit was located in a closet, right next to the bed. I don’t think it would have bothered us if it had been in the other room, but literally, right next to the bed? Who planned this?? It was very noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep. The best part of this property was Pete, the shuttle bus driver. We were in Charlotte for a wedding and when we tried to order an Uber to the ceremony, there was a 40 minute wait! Pete to the rescue!! He literally got us to the church in time! Saved the day! Sometimes, it’s the staff that makes the difference and Pete changed this review from a one star, to a five star!! You do have to pay $10 a night parking fee by scanning the sign in the parking lot. There is a nice lounge area in the lobby and nice walking trails outside.

We’ve stayed here before as it’s about 10 minutes from CLT airport. Despite TripAdvisor listing it as free parking, that’s no longer the case. You have to scan one of the many tacky signs in the lot to pay $10 plus $2 service fee for 24 hours of parking. The rooms are quiet, which is our main priority, and there is a full restaurant for breakfast and dinner and an extensive marketplace in the lobby and lots of DoorDash options as well. The hotel is a little weird as when you walk to room 401 then starts like 440…seems like maybe they added on a building later and didn’t re-number? Lots of affordable mid priced options in the area, so with the added parking charge, it’s no longer the lowest. Will go back to another choice in the future. Noticed that the manager mentioned they started charging for parking as folks were parking in their lot and Ubering to the airport. Plenty of hotels provide parking passes for hotel guests…seems like the parking cost should be just included in the room fee. The extra $12 seems tacky.

I was on a work trip and we used the meeting room at this location. The staff was wonderful...Sam and Danielle were outstanding.. they helped me with opening the rooms to copies to carrying lunch. The drivers were both were amazing.... super friendly and on time. Kandi at breakfast was nice as well. The bar staff was great we loved their professional demeanor... James and Jason.... also Karim was super helpful.
