I stayed here with my family for a three day long vacation. We LOVED it. We needed a pack n play crib for our youngest and they were very accommodating even though we checked in late! Also, they had a fantastic breakfast. Very very clean with the best views!

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful with every need. Valet staff (Rio) was accommodating to our needs and frequent trips in and out of the hotel. Rio was also consistently fast in retrieving my vehicle when needed. Highly recommend this hotel especially for business trips

Dated rooms and elevators that are out of order along with a first "out of order" stairwell (mind blowing). Not worth the money charged. Find yourself a more modern, up to date, and well maintained hotel in the area. Read the other reviews... not the first time elevators were OOO.

Elevators are annoying but the staff makes up for it. Ladies at front desk..floor 10 are AWESOME!! Visit Rio when needing valet.

Property was great for the event we went to at spectrum center. Didn’t care for the valet parking only and a little pricey. Bed were firm so if you like that you’ll enjoy this stay. Staff was nice and everything was clean.

Check-in went ok. However, we were told 24-hr checkout as we needed to be to hospital for surgery at 5:30 am. When we texted to get car out of valet no-one showed up. We I went back to hotel front desk to check status I was told where the valet office was and that it is staffed 24/7. When I knocked on the locked door it was apparent the attendant was sleeping and did not hear the notification to retrieve our auto. Very disappointing for a $38 valet fee!
