Room was super small even though I booked the “bigger” king bedroom. Was very comfortable. We only stayed for 6 or 7 hours on our way through Charlotte NC. So for a place to just sleep, it was great.

Staff was friendly, I checked in really late and was still good to check in with no issues. My room was good, not great. The air was stale, I think because the air hadn't been on. I was on the 12th floor so there wasn't alot of noise. The bed was comfortable but the room was hot almost all night. Very uncomfortable sleep.

Everything was ok until time to leave the parking deck. Card reader was down so I had to use cash and I never received change.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy and surprisingly quiet. The products in the shower smell great! I would stay here again!
