Great please with nice location

Staff was very friendly, however bathroom was abysmal with homemade wooden ceiling area over toilet and stained tub, especially for rate paid.

Great stay

It was a fabulous stay, restful and comfy with great staff interactions when needed and space to chill out when not. There are lots of food and service options nearby. The check in was smooth and the restaurant is first rate. A very nice breakfast buffet started each day. The beds are comfy room was spacious. The sink in my room was slow but one mention got it serviced. By the end of day 3 it was slowing again. (room 536) The tub in the room also needs resurfacing which I forgot to mention.(it's peeling, which stopped me from taking a bath) The copy machine connected to the guest computers in the lobby was defective but the staff made it possible to get copies 3 times which helped a lot. All in all a delightful stay.

This hotel is amazing, and I can’t understand any poor reviews. The rooms are apparently old, but they look new to me, and I am a very critical guest. The hotel itself is beautiful as is the boardwalk area that surrounds it. If you are a member that has access to the executive lounge or are able to book access to the executive lounge. I highly recommend it. The views are spectacular and the hors d’oeuvres nightly, and drinks all day a great perk. This also include the continental breakfast that you’re not fighting with the rest of the hotel to get. If you can get a high floor, the views are amazing. I’d like to recognize Mame from the executive lounge area. She goes above and beyond to help the guests. The only complaints that I would have is the lobby gets a little busy because it is such a large facility, however, also the elevator works with your room key so that you don’t have to worry about party guests entering the hotel itself. The other complaint was that the refrigerator was not cleaned out in my room from the previous guest, but I can see how that can be overlooked. Don’t be afraid to book this room and it is much better than the other Hilton in property in the area.

The property itself is fine for US standards (definitely not up to Asian standards); a typical Hilton but the thing that makes this hotel great is the friendliness of the staff and how utterly helpful and welcoming they are! Also the food is delicious.
