Lovely couple days in Charlotte while staying at the Ivey’s hotel. Cortez and Tasia were wonderful at the front desk, and we enjoyed spending time at Sophia’s for the Breakfast and later, wine! The little touches made this an amazing stay. Thank you!

First of all the courteousness of all the staff was phenomenal: the bellman, David, the the guest service at the front desk, Tasia, Jonathan (I believe that was his name) in housekeeping, and every staff member in the hallways greeted us as we passed by. We enjoyed the food and service in Church and Union, as well as cocktails in Sophia’s.

Ashley is an absolute GEM!!! She couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Thank you, Ashley! She went above and beyond to accommodate my silly needs. Besides being a great server, she also showed us her street smarts with some sparkling recommendations to fulfill our ambitious traveler desires

We enjoyed the eggs benedict and omelette, both of which were delicious. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. The standout who made our experience one we’ll come back for was Ashley. Ashley was kind, paid attention to the details, provided great recommendations and overall was a very kind person. We highly recommend requesting her as your server when dining at the restaurant!

Ashley our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Venue has nice relaxing music and seating is very casual as there are oversized chairs and couches to sit on. Food was okay but service was great. Coffee was good. A nice start to a busy day.

This may be the “perfect” boutique hotel. Every detail is special. Decor is interesting & exciting. Beautiful woodworking, carpets, art prints. Love the bedroom & bath…all the amenities. Wonderful to find such a treasure in downtown Charlotte.
