Great location and friendly staff. Hotel doesn’t make up the room everyday which I was unaware of before booking. The staff make up for any shortcomings the hotel may have. Would highly recommend.

Extended my stay, was advised to book through the app. It was more expensive but better customer service than I was getting. Also, the beds are lumpy 😩

The room had a musty smell to it and there had been break ins in the parking deck. I’m not sure why they don’t have security guards.

Excellent faculty! Loved the location. It is near many restaurants and the football stadium, which is why we were there. Excellent staff, lots of amenities. Highly recommend.

Great shower head in my room. Shower level was at a nice height....I'm a tall person that didn't have to stoop.

No hot water for a shower at 10:00 am 12-23-23. The mattress was worn out. We both were rolling to the middle all night. Hot rod cars outside burning rubber and revving engines all night. The staff was great, room was clean. The car noise is the entire stadium area. No hot water is bush league.
