1. 酒店位置好，地處富人區。既與Hilton Garden Inn共享一幢大樓的公共資源（如停車場），又分別有各自的大堂、餐廳，管理有序；
2. 步行2分鐘就有一個商業中心，其中有家中餐廳（Baoding Restaurant）環境及菜品不錯；
3. 房型設計寬大舒適，乾淨衞生；
4. 服務態度好；
5.早餐時間在給房卡時有提醒，早餐品種豐富。

The lady at the front desk did not stay by the desk, rather by the stove, took very long to get our room

Reserved a room for myself, spouse and 4 children. Only had 3 towels in the bathroom and we had to ask for more. When we attempted to make the pull out sofa no bedding in the suite we had to go and ask again for the bedding. Also saw roaches in the kitchen area.

What a wonderful clean Hilton. Kat with a “k” elevated the experience and made sure our weekend was perfect. We will be back! We visit Charlotte often to visit our daughter in college and have tried many hotels in the area and this has been the best.

We reserved a room with two queens in it so far and all they have available is one king and a sofa. We needed more beds and there wasn't even sheets available for the sofa bed. I had to go back down to get them. How can we get sheets for the sofa bed?

We had a 4-night stay at this Homewood suites in late September. The property, the room and the pool area are all very nice. It was clean and the staff was over the top (in a nice way) friendly. The only problem we encountered was getting someone to clean and bring fresh towels. Even after we specifically requested after 3 days/2nights being there.
