We were in town for the weekend. When we checked in, a sweet girl named Olivia helped us and she was super friendly and helpful. On our second night, someone on our hall was playing loud music and yelling up and down the hall at 2:30 in the morning. My husband called the front desk to let them know. They said they’d send security right up and within 2 minutes we heard “Security”. We were very pleased with how things turned out. We stay there again.

The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

Poor design of bathroom lighting. Sensor automatically turns on the lights which is VERY jarring in the middle of the night when you go in and are not really awake.

Parking cost $45 per day. There were no baggage carts available. Only coffee in the room for one stay when we were there for 2 days. Also front desk person did not look up until we said good morning. I think front desk should always be accommodating and hospitable and acknowledge guests first.

Great downtown location, away from the bustle but close enough for walkability. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
