It's quite new, which is unexpected. Because it's new, the facilities and sanitation are good, and the room is very spacious. In terms of location and environment, apart from being close to the airport, there is nothing else good about it, and the service industry cannot be mentioned.

I stayed here one night to catch a flight at the Charlotte airport. It was convenient for parking while out of town. However, staying there one night I did get bit by bedbugs. I let the front staff at the office know and they did nothing about it. They did not look up the room number or anything to make sure it was taken care of. Be aware they could be in other rooms!
