I checked into this hotel on March 17th. The hotel has an elegant exterior, but its facilities are very outdated. After checking out, I realized that I had left a box of coffee worth $30 in the room. I tried to contact the hotel, but the front desk phone was always busy. When I finally got through, the front desk told me they do not keep any items left behind by guests.
