This hotel was absolutely horrible the elevators closed on me while walking out of it then the elevators was down after the whole trip. We had to use the service elevator and it was nasty dirty very very disappointed in this stay . The staff was so apologetic and nice but hotel needs to be shut down this is a lawsuit brewing. Elevator doors hurt !!!! Water on the floor to service elevator almost busted my tail. I have never been in a place so bad.

This hotel looks old outside and inside, need renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable. In the parking lot , there are several security cameras. The sign on the wall said “if theft or damage to the vehicle, the hotel is not responsible”. That makes me nervous. But luckily, my car has no damage.

We flew into Charlotte, picked up by the shuttle driver within 15 minutes of calling the hotel.
Check in was smooth and our room was great.
We went to the restaurant for a late meal, had the chicken soup and a salad, both great.
Took the shuttle again the next morning to the airport, flawless. Would highly recommend.

The person at the desk was very helpful his name is Paul he checked in about 20 or 30 people while I was there he also went above and beyond to straighten out my reservation I am very grateful for his service . He never lost his cool and he kept us laughing while we there

The property was very nice in the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the elevator was dirty and the carpet in our room was stained. We were most disappointed when the coffee maker in our room didn’t work and then the one carafe in the lobby was empty.
