The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Parking was a bit of a problem. I found a small bug in my room - I looked it up it was a carpet beetle, I didnt see amy others. Pool and spa was nice. Breakfast was adequate. There was no place to put used dishes, I assume you just leave them on the tables?

We had an issue with the heat in our room. The customer service staff was very responsive to our issue and sent out a rep to fix it. When they realized they could not fix it, they rectified the situation with a new room at no cost to us. They went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. We can’t recommend this location enough!

I spent one of my worst night ever in a hotel.
There was a extension door between the two rooms and people in there were cocking all night and morning.
Door wasn’t sealed up and the smell keeps getting into my room.
I couldn’t change the room, front desk told me hotel is full booked, which I believe was not.

The staff was great and very friendly. The cleanliness should be improved, our shower didnt drain and we discovered it was because the drains hadnt been touched in what looked like ages.

Super convenient to expressways to get to Charlotte and SC destinations. Room with kitchenette was great- well supplied. Big frig. Saved us a lot of wasted time eating out. Bed was comfy and clean. Housekeeping was completed timely when requested. Loved the Happy Hours M-W. Good wine and fun appetizers. Lady helping there and at fort desk we’re so nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very good for a buffet and always hot. Gas station right on a nearby corner so we could fill up before returning rental car. Nice little store for extras in the gas station. I have to say this stay was superior to our stay the month prior at the Marriott across the street.

They front desk staff were extremely nice. Hotel though was extremely horribly. Bathroom flooded in shower, had to move my family and I to another room. All of our stuff with a 5 year old. Shower, toilet and walls were dirty and filthy. Curtain was dirty. We're paid almost 400.00 fort this hotel and could not use the amenities.

Staybridge - offers a bridge to top class service and ambiance, worthy of royalty appeal. After a long and tired day, settling in the room offered a cozy and family like-setting. Thank you Staybridge. Bybthevway, breakfast option was really satisfying.

The elevator was down, the hot tub was dirty, 80% of the outlets in the room weren’t functioning properly. And fire place outdoors was also not working
