Tavari and all of the staff at the residence Inn, Charlotte city center we’re absolutely lovely and wonderful! Will definitely be back. Anything we needed the staff was pleasant and quick to take care of For us. The hotel was clean, and the valet staff was attentive And lovely. Always quick with our vehicles when request.

This hotel was a gem! Excellent location, great space, easy walk to the Football Stadium. The valet parking team was excellent!! Both the evening of April 27th and the morning of April 28th- the two young men who helped did a great job. I forgot their names but they were outstanding with their customer service

Tavari and Josh we're totally awesome and help me in ways I can't explain. Even tried to find my glasses. Top notch service. Great hotel as well. They were courteous and nice and helped us with all of our needs. The car was delivered quickly and asked if they could be of any assistance. They also told us about the restaurants in the area and we asked where to go find a good burger!

Despite them not having a room available due to being the cheer competition, they handled the matter in a professional manner. I was moved downstairs to AC Loft where they also took good care of me.

Room was fine. Location was great. Unfortunately though the lack of staff at this hotel made this a hotel I would definitely not recommend or stay here again. When we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back soon which they were. Ok - no big deal. Throughout the stay I found the front desk people to not be knowledgeable about the area around the hotel. The day we were checking out (a Sunday) I had tried calling the front desk all morning with no answer. I finally went to the front desk, same sign saying they would be back soon. Soon apparently is relative because there was no one at the front desk almost the entire morning (I never did see anyone). Several problems with no one being around to help or answer questions. One of those problems is if you have to get back into the hotel from the parking garage (several floors beneath the hotel) and no longer have your key you are relying on someone at the front desk to buzz you in. Thank goodness the guests at this hotel helped each other out that morning and we were all talking about the lack of staff.
