The bed was really comfortable. The room had a odd smell. At night we saw baby roaches. The shower had stains. The staff was really nice. You could also hear all conversations in other rooms.

I decent “overnight” hotel at a great price. Great shuttle service and next door to Cracker Barel restaurant.

Great time

Interactions with employees were pleasant. Facilities were average-good for a hotel. Housekeeping was interesting - made one bed when there were two in the room. Location is relatively convenient - about 20 minutes away from all the activities my party did in Charlotte.

After arriving at the airport, I called the front desk to arrange a shuttle bus. There are many buses at the airport, look for the Quality Inn logo. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport. Several service staff are from India and are quite decent.

The flight was delayed and I could only stay one night near the airport. The hotel shuttle is very convenient, so remember to book in advance before catching your flight in the morning. The hotel room is large, but the sanitation and facilities are not very good, which may be due to the relatively low price.

This hotel is very close to Charlotte Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, but you need to call in advance to make a reservation. They will arrange a time to come. The manager of the hotel is an Indian brother. The basic facilities are good. I could not control the air conditioning and I was not on in my unit. The property is clean and the staff was helpful. I did not report the air because it was late and already switched rooms because the first room was missing a shower curtain.

There was roaches in the room, bed sheets not fresh cleaned and old blankets. Beds are not queen zise as it is published. The staff not friendly.

The only bad thing I have to say is we didn't have hot water. It was warm enough to take a shower (some what) then the last day the water did not want to go down. We had to wait almost 30mins to take a shower after one of us was done. Room 118 it was and I let them know too

After several phone calls to the office and waiting over an hour and a half for the free hotel shuttle we finally paid for a taxi and arrived there at 1130 at night. Dingy run down type hotel, a place to sleep and shower. Don't trust their shuttle. It's about five minutes from the airport. I wouldn't stay there again, there are other nice hotels in the same close proximity to the airport and their shuttles were running back and forth all the time we were standing around waiting.

The afternoon worker was extremely rude, sexist and unhelpful. He never followed through with anything that we requested. There was a leak in the closet of the room, and the tub was dirty. the service was horrible. The only nice person we interacted with at that hotel was the guy who checked up out this morning. We got there and there were three flat pillows in the room and we had to request more pillows and another blanket, then when they did bring a blanket five hours later there were what looked like blood stains on it. We requested a different one and they never brought one. On the website it was advertised that there was a pool and room service, we got there and there was neither. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew as well. We had to leave early partially because we had something come up and partially because of the absolute lack of quality or service.

It was very comfortable and clean! Everything was in order and I felt comfortable enough to get a good few hours of sleep before shuttling back to the airport.
