Stayed recently for a long weekend with a friend and our sons to attend March Madness. This was the best deal we found for a hotel within easy walking distance of the Spectrum Center. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, in both rooms and common areas. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a nice job refreshing the rooms every other day. The lobby smelled nice but the fragrance was not overpowering, which I appreciated. The pool area was very attractive and comfortable. The included breakfast was substantial and tasty. Only minor complaints were that the free WiFi was spotty and that the boys wished the pool was heated. We would stay here again!

Great place! Was there only one night, but the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. Convenient location to all the places we (my wife and I) wanted to see.
This will be my first place to check when I need a room in Charlotte.
