I love staying at the Home2suites specially the Lawrenceville & Charlotte airport locations but not this one.
My booking here was a last minute decision, I couldn't get a reservation somewhere else (Easter sunday).
It's one of the dirtiest hotels. I don't know why the Hilton Company allows this establishment to carry their name.(see pictures)
. Hallway carpet was very dark dirty
. Walls peeling off.
. Room had a moisture smell to it
. A/C unit dirty
. Cabinet outdated
. Rusty knobbs and hinges
. Ice machine so dusty
. Fingerprints all over the kitchen equipment
. Floor tiles dirty: dark grout
. Hair in the shower
. The smell of the "smok" ing in the hallway
. Breakfast service horrible: waited for coffee for 10min when I asked the front desk agent she started complaining about other people not doing their job
. Limited options to choose from
My advice is to book somewhere else . It's not worth it even the low price.

room was directly under the 4th floor laundry. noisy all night long. air conditioner was buzzy. more noise. free breakfast was awful. everything was warmed over and stale. I have stayed with Hilton many times. this was my worst experience ever. only an overnight lay over for travel but Ill never stay there again.

My room had no phone - even after I asked at check in for wake up call - no one told me) There was no chair for the table, lots of smudges and smears everywhere
Bathroom toilet paper holders were broken. Weird smell in the hallways, elevator did not move a few times - overall bad experience, but I do not complain while I am staying in a hotel, for fear of being mistreated, definitely was not a welcoming experience, I cleaned my room BEFORE I did anything else, counters, table tops, whole bathroom etc.. I did not use any appliances dishes or utensils- I had to ask for DO Not Disturb sign, no channel guide provided, the iron was missing - Terrible for the cost they charge for the rooms, I did not even acknowledge the "FREE" Breakfast - I will never stay here again

Looking for a place to rest on our way home and just picked it… we loved it. As nice as it is to be home,
I envisioned staying longer on a vacation. I will certainly look for home 2 suites on all future trips!

Location was handy. Lobby was very clean. Front desk was very nice but also a little confusing. It was very strange when we checked in the housekeeper was also at the front desk. said she check on our room, and let us know if we could check in. We waited for the longest time then a lady walked in with her 2 kids. She gave us our room key. Come to find out the 2nd lady was the GM and trhough out our stay she was very considerate. Checking we were having a good stay, They like all hotel do not have a enough help. The older employee have work ethics. The young people do not seem to want to work. Shout out to the GM and Robert the night clerk always a cheerful.
