The Hilton Homewood was incredibly disappointing! Firstly there are three different Hiltons all in the same area, so please DOUBLE CHECK you have the correct one! The wear and tear is evident, the rooms are not cleaned properly, dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a sticker saying clean dishes, even after changing rooms initially. Found hairs in the bed yet sheets were supposed to be freshly laid, Lamp shades dirty, the switches dusty and dirty, bulb not working. Draws handles dirty in kitchen and bathroom. Fridge excessively noisy difficult to get a good night sleep. Overall I was trapped as they would not refund even when asked to move to the next door Hilton. The most disappointing hotel experience in any US hotel. Wii definitely NEVER stay in another HILTON. The front desk is friendly, however, this does not excuse the cleanliness and standards. The front desk offered a nights refund due to complaints, however the booking team refused flat out. Shockingly Awful. Don't GO. FULL STOP.

Gabriel at the front desk is amazing. Gabriel was very knowledgable of the Hilton Rewards and helped find my account to make sure I received my rewards for my two night stay. Thank you Gabriel for being a friendly face at check-in.
The property itself is nice for a couple of days. There are air condition units in the room with a thermostat on the wall to control the temp of the room. The setup of the room was very comfortable and suitable for a couple of nights stay. Housekeeping is every other day, but if you have any requests prior to then housekeeping will make accommodations.
Parking is free but on the weekend can be a nightmare at night !!! The lot is shared with two other hotel properties. The parking spaces are painted very narrow, some occupants parking may take up two spaces. Causing you to park far from the hotel entrance.

The property was nice, but my room smelled straight up like a nursing home and had Stains on the comforter. There was also no curtain to fully close, making it easy to see in and out, which was not ideal given I was on the first floor. The staff was really accommodating and was able to check me in much earlier than the check-in time, but it felt like I made some sacrifices to do that.

Liked the property, but the long walk to room 123 from the check in desk was excessive. It would have been nice if the hallway I was a connected loop.
