Stayed here for March Madness, as did the Tar Heels. This hotel is a short walk (5 mins) to the Spectrum Arena. The hotel was clean, with updated wood/tile floors in the rooms. Not alot of dining options on-site, but there are a ton of cool restaurants in the area (many walkable). Only complaint is that the staff were not all that helpful.

Overall great experience. Very walkable location with lots of top tier food and drink options nearby. Great first experience visiting charlotte.
